“We stayed 3 nights. We liked that it was directly in front of beach. Nice free breakfast. Salt water pool was so nice. The staff were great. They always checked in to ensure guests were happy and had what they needed. My bad for not thinking that it is in the jungle. We saw a snake at the pool (little and not a threat), resident howler monkeys woke us at 5 am every morning (again part of nature) and sloths!! Dining options around hotel are limited however you can take a tuktuk into puerto...
