“Beautiful Hotel. Excellent service! Parked and immediately greeted by the host who called a shuttle to take us up to the lobby. On the way we stopped to see a sloth in the trees as well as a pair of macaws. They took our luggage and guided us into the restaurant with amazing views. “Stanza ok ma un pò lontana dalla hall e dai servizi.Vasta scelta per colazione. Devi chiamare piu volte se ti serve qualcosa. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che mettono telecomandi della tv universali e scadenti in stanza per paura che gli ospiti se li portino via. Abbiamo avuto dopo diverse richieste un telecomando originale che era malfunzionante anch'esso. Purtroppo col diluvio fuori un po di tv è l'unica cosa che tj salva..e invece...”

“Everything in Costa Rica takes some driving time. Don’t let the 1:20min drive from the airport discourage you. Buffet food is okay. Restaurants are good. Try the tuna tartare. Area around the resort is busy and industrial. Don’t waste your time driving around for souvenirs. There are no shops. The gift shop has average to low prices.
