“My stay at the hotel was terrible. I would NOT recommend staying at this property. Half of the restaurants weren’t even open or available during my stay. The quality of food at the hotel was extremely poor and there’s very limited selection of food offered. They can’t even make half decent bread and eggs, which is all you need to know about their dining options. The AC in rooms cannot be adjusted, which was really inconvenient and frustrating. Unica experiencia muy muy muy molesta ha sido volver al hotel despues de las 10pm pues a la entrada de Puerto Cancun habia una cola infinita de coches que debian pasar por un control de seguridad que nos hizo perder mucho tiempo.
