“The resort was very clean, staff were helpful and accommodating. The food at all the restaurants and buffet was amazing. The entertainment staff Fernando and Maria are the best. Nightly entertainment would be better if we could understand all of what was being said. But still had a wonderful time. LOVED IT!!”

“The rooms were clean. The pools were clean, facilites spotless but there were some maintenance work during the day. There was also construction on the side of the property and along with that is the noise associated with trucks. The restaurants were ok, nothing out of the ordinary for what you would expect for an all inclusive of this caliber.”

“The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I spent a lot of time at the adult pool and frequently interacted with the staff for free beer/drinks. Vicky was the best and always had a great attitude and smile for me! Valet staff was also very fast and helpful.”
