Air conditioning, gas fireplace, washer and dryer, big kitchen - everything was great and thoughtfully laid out. Janis and Martin are excellent hosts and told us to let them know if we needed anything. Their dock was well equipped as well with comfortable chairs, tables, umbrellas, etc. Swimming off the dock in crystal clear water was a highlight. Use of the canoe to paddle over to Fossli...

“This is a formerly rustic but now beautifully renovated cottage on a dock overlooking Cowichan Bay. We were two couples and loved our stay in this remarkable time-passed-us-by neighbourhood. The only two issues were a double bed in the 2nd bedroom rather than the advertised queen and a door key pad that was hard to relock, seemingly an alignment problem.Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed this space and served up a great meal in the kitchen. We were sorry to not have put the clean dishes away...
