“Bookabach seemed to force me to join up. When I tried to get the owner’s messages another way they said I didn’t have permission. So we were stuck outside till the neighbours came to our rescue - contacted owner and got us in. Owner was concerned to keep us warm on an exceptionally cold night. So aside from Bookabach an good experience.”
