“The staff was friendly and helpful. The closed down restaurant in the parking lot was a bit off putting. We could hear every step the people in the room above us made. A few times it sounded like they might fall thru the ceiling! The cor on the tub was flaking off in places. The bed was super comfy!”

“Best Western is great. It’s my go to. The Cottage Grove location was great and super convenient for our road trip.”

“The decor and cleanliness of this place is stellar. The only thing was that the listing doesn't note the home is directly on a fairly busy street and that meant street noise. This is a great place for someone who doesn't mind that to stay. If you are more of a "peace and quiet" when at home person this can be a bit of an issue.”

“Pet friendly and grass area for our dog. A gazibo covered area with chairs to relax in. Contact less check in. Staff via the phone very friendly and helpful. Was able to check in early with no extra charge. Had our room done and accessible as soon as possible. We will stay again.”

“Check-in was fast, easy & pleasant. Parking right in front of the A- frame; one of the smaller ones (A frame)perfect for one or two people for the night. Clean, an older motel, but more than fine for a night’s rest. In-room amenities average. No shared walls meant quiet even though location is just off I-5. Would stay here again!”

“We had a wonderful time! We rode the Aufderheide scenic bikeway and the West Fir lodge was a perfect place to stay. Great food, a comfortable room and a nice place to sit outside and enjoy a drink. We had a lovely time and will be back again. The staff were so accommodating and nice. Thank you!”
