“There was nothing I did not like! I especially want to to mention how helpful the security personnel was for my sister. We had a situation that required help from the security staff and they were more than willing to assist. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and rectify the situation with professionalism and grace.”

“The room was not clean at all. The bed sheets had hair from someone who was not me. I'm glad I only stayed one night because the shower was disgusting. There was standing water in and overflowing from the drain. Mold in the corners of the shower and a grimy shower head. The AC unit was not even connected to the wall and did not work properly. The breakfast was horrid. The "sausage," I don't even know what meat it was. The biscuits were as hard as rocks. No fruit, and the yogurt was out of date....

This was a big con for us. It takes nothing to smile and be friendly to guests. - Breakfast is not very good. - Can hear toilets flush in other rooms during the night, if youre a light sleeper, it can keep you/wake you up. - No water to drink. “We have always stayed at this hotel when traveling. We experienced an issue with our room (328) during our stay Easter weekend. WE also experienced same issue in September 2025 when we travelled here for brother funeral. The room is always clean but yet it smells VERY dusty. “Breakfast was not as advertised. Showed full breakfast bar but was only grab and go.”

“There was a Semi truck parked on the street next to the parking lot, less than 100 ft from my room and it was idling all night! I contacted the office around midnight and she said that was the agreement, I don't think City of Prattville would allow overnight truck parking on a city street, that's what truck stops are for!”

“I chose this place based on the high rating through Expedia. The staff was very nice upon check in. The lobby appears clean and smells very fresh. However, that is not what the room looked like. The chair had white stains on it and there were boogers on the wall. The floors were dirty and the room itself showed multiple signs of deterioration. Overall one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and definitely not worth the price.”

“For a no frills economical stay in Wetumpka/Millbrook area, you can’t beat it. Very clean and a convenient location. Another plus for this location is that it is across the road from Epicure/Jacks Tavern which is a FANTASTIC restaurant and bar.”
