“L’unica cosa che non mi e piaciuto della struttura, è che la pulizia delle stanze la facevano ogni 2 gg. Ci sono stato nella stessa struttura altre volte, l’ultima è stato 2 anni fa, la pulizia delle stanze veniva fatta tutti i giorni, risolto questo problema il resto è tutto ok”

“Siamo arrivati stanchi da morire dopo un viaggio lungo e alla reception non trovavano la mia prenotazione nonostante avessi anche la stampa del pagamento. Siamo stati quasi un ora ad aspettare che finalmente trovassero la prenotazione con il nome della mia mail!
