“El hotel es un poco viejo, pero en general las condiciones son buenas, la limpieza de la habitación bien. El único defecto fue que no servia la caja fuerte de seguridad. El personal muy amable. La ubicación no es la mejor, sino tienes carro, debes aprender a utilizar el servicio de transporte público (400 mts del hotel) o Uber.”

“Trying to check in after a long drive I waited for a half an hour at the front desk, wondering if anyone was working there. Finally someone showed up. There was another couple waiting there too. It was around 7 at night maybe you need someone to stay at the desk at all times for any late arrivals. Coffee needs to be improved,, tastes old not a fresh brewed at all ,, it needs to be upgraded. The rest of the breakfast was very nice. Fresh fruit other than bananas and oranges would be a plus. ...

“Having stayed several times over the past six months. The hotel has provided stable, predictable, comfortable, accommodations.. Only minor suggestion is to change the to go cups for coffee. Current cups collapse and make messes, regularly.”

La struttura vanta una posizione strategica a brevissima distanza da Manhattan, che si può raggiungere in modo comodo e veloce grazie a un autobus la cui fermata si trova proprio di fronte all'hotel. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile: ci hanno subito consegnato dei fogli con tutte le informazioni necessarie per spostarsi da e verso Manhattan, supporto utilissimo durante il soggiorno. “L’unica cosa che non mi e piaciuto della struttura, è che la pulizia delle stanze la facevano ogni 2 gg. Ci sono stato nella stessa struttura altre volte, l’ultima è stato 2 anni fa, la pulizia delle stanze veniva fatta tutti i giorni, risolto questo problema il resto è tutto ok”

“The hotel is almost in the middle of nowhere. There is a restaurant for breakfast and dinner but with very limited offer. You need a car to go to restaurants in Lyndhurst. Anyway, the bus stop is very close to the hotel and with 20-30 minutes you can reach Manhattan”
