Wonderful outdoor spaces include: fire area, lots of outdoor seating, large deck, gas grill, covered parking for 2 cars, and lots of string lights for evening enjoyment! Inside the home boasts an up-dated dine-in kitchen with modern appliances, spacious living room with hardwood floors, two bedrooms, and laundry. Located on a beautiful street with great neighbors.

We had a nice relaxing stay with everything we could possibly need. We went swimming at Big Spring park every morning and evening. Then came home and made supper had a blast on the back porch. Picked a few tunes, and slept like the world wasn't out there at all. Thanks Amy,Wes, and Wally

Weekend Getaway

Cute place with the cutest back porch! The house was stocked with all the essentials and the short drive to the river was worth it as the fish were biting. We look forward to coming back soon!

We had a lovely 4 day weekend and this home is perfect & lovely. We enjoyed our stay because it’s only 4 blocks from The White River, nice relaxing deck, peaceful out back and it’s a lovely updated home. The price s very reasonable. We will return next year. It can comfortable sleep 4-6 people and I actually loved the house more than being down at the River.

Fishing Paradise

Came to stay so I could learn to fly fish with Mr. McQuay. He was awesome and so was this property. Very well stocked, very clean and the host was very easy to communicate with. Will definitely recommend to anyone heading to Cotter

44th Anniversary trip!

This property was great for us. We were in Cotter to trout fish and the location was great. The house itself was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, well maintained, and felt like home. We would definitely stay there again. The check in and out process was easy and communications with the owners was very easy and always quick responses. Loved it!

Cozy Comfort

What a cute, cozy, comfortable and clean place to stay. We enjoyed our stay so much we asked to spend another night. The owners have gone above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. They have a large, beautiful deck to hangout on. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you might possibly need. I will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. The best bang for your buck. I highly recommend this home.
