“Room was very spacious and clean, staff were nice, the pool is nice but it’s too humid to the point me and my guests couldn’t stay in there longer than 10 minutes, the view in the suite was very pretty, it has good lighting all around and a nice little kitchen that comes with everything you would need to cook a meal, would for sure come back and get this same room, one of the only hotels with a suite that is worth the price!”

“Very convenient SmartPark right across the street, and very comfortable bed and linings. Cool looks and feeling by the room.”

“The staff was so kind, we got there early before our room was ready. The lobby was really nice and we got complimentary mimosas for my birthday while we waited! The hotel has its own vibe which if you love boutique hotels it’s def a great spot. The beds were a bit small BUT we got the best comforters for each of us (4 girls in a 2 bed room) which was a pleasant surprise. Literally silk on my feet we all fan girled over the bedding. Area felt safe. Would stay here again if I traveled solo.”

“Very poor service and in dis-repair! No hot water in shower in our room and shower head sprayed everywhere when turned on. Could not take a shower. No coffee service in room. When i went down to the front desk at 6 am to tell them about the shower and to ask them about lack of coffee service in the the room, they said it is not provided but we could request coffee service and it would be brought to the room. The night desk personnel there at the time were unsympathetic and unapologetic. No...

“We waited at our table for over 20 minutes before anyone came by to acknowledge us. Then it took forever to get water. Learned to not let the wait staff leave because they didn’t come back for another 15 minutes to take our order and that was after I got up and asked another server if we could place an order. The cheese dip was like soup and definitely no worth the order”

“All the staff I encountered were really great--super cool and conversational, but the room was a real disappointment. I walked through the door and walked into a wall of stench. It smelled like wet dogs had vacationed in the room. I usually sleep like a rock, but the stink kept me awake for a while. The shower was also not clean. ”
