“We loved this spacious room and it was nice to be able to have our dog with us.”

“The room was nice! Comfy and safe. The check in time was at 4pm and there were no rooms available due to still being cleaned. They had a lot of us out in the lobby waiting and the staff acted really confused. Overall, the room was nice!”

“Ceiling in bathroom was worn and had paint peeling. Low water pressure for the shower other than that property was nice. Some sort of construction or repairs were going on next store though till 12 midnight but we were up pretty late so it didnt bother us.”

“Was disappointed it was loud kids running around everywhere especially they are using the elevator to play goes up and down. The restaurant does not have much selections..typical American burger. We stayed here or relax instead it was noisy. The valet parking is full so we have to walked far to park our car to go to the hotel and it was raining! Didn’t enjoy this property that’s why we never go back now we have our new fave not far from this place “Hitel Indigo” waterfront Vancouver Wa..this...

“I had an issue with the AC that was not resolved and my room was so hot, that had to sleep with the windows open. I raised the issue three times and was told twice that a technician would come. The third time, I was told that there was no AC, and all they could provide was a fan. As a seperate problem, it was not clear that you had to request a room clean, and when I finally asked on my third day all they did was empty the trash and provide a couple new towels. Nothing was cleaned. They...

“Had a great stay, the room was great! The room was clean and the views were awesome. The only think I’d note is their parking garage says 8’2 when you enter but the floors that are self parking were actually 6’11 which was a bit concerning for someone with a large truck other than that it was a great place to stay!”

“I would not highly recommend it the fact that they don't have your room ready on time when you get there the communication for rooms is horrible and not only that when they say there is a refrigerator or microwave in the room wasnt available and the tendant said none none of the rooms have them”
