“The staff was great and the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Our balcony was not clean and had cigarettes butts thrown on the other side of the railing. The air-conditioning unit made a sound like someone was living in the attic. The overall property was very nice and in a nice area by the water.”

“The Riverside location is wonderful. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Housekeeping services could be a tad better as often they did not leave adequate replacement coffee and on one occasion left used cups and glasses in the room. Plumbing services need to be improved as well-I had notified the front desk twice about a very slowly draining bathroom sink. The repair man came and went, but did not fix the issue. Other than these minor things, this was a great stay.”

“Amazing service. Kind employees. Room service, even from limited menu, was great. Coffee in room is amazing! Would def stay again!! We paid for parking garage in advance and was much cheaper than vallette service.”

“We always stay here when we come to Portland. There are a lot of hotels to choose from in downtown Portland but this one in my opinion is one of the best. It’s right in the middle of everything. There are so many activities within just a 10 minute walk. The staff is always so incredibly kind. We can’t wait to be back in a couple of months. Thanks guys! 😊”

“Friendly and helpful staff, valet parking was $65 but they recommended us to park at church (a block away, secured) for $10 for twelve hours. Modern rooms. We didn’t utilize any amenities. They have coffee, restaurant and bar area at lobby though.”
