“We went for a family funeral. Front desk staff gave us the wrong keys (3) times. We walked into occupied rooms disturbing our fellow family members at 1:30am while there were sleeping due to this error. The toilet was also not functional. Front desk staff said we do not have maintenance and instead of helping us, gave us a plunger to fix our own toilet. Terrible hospitality and organization”

“Overall it was an ok stay, why, because the beds were very lumpy and didn't offer much back support while sleeping. We found ourselves tossing and turning through out the night. The breakfast wasnt much to desire either. The pancake machine was down, the oatmeal looked as if it were saved over from the day before as it was dry and literally bottom bucket style looking. If breakfast opened at 0700 and we arrived at 0730 then how did it get to look and be the way it did? Normally the experience...

“What a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the people and the facility showed pride and care in going the extra mile. Rooms, hallway, dining area were all immaculate and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were politely helpful and kind. Loved the room layout and it was beyond comfortable. “Please note, you are not permitted to stay here if you are considered a local. Despite not living in the same town, I was not allowed to stay after paying for my room through Expedia. This is something that this facility and Expedia should have identified during my reservation, instead of after letting me pay for it, driving 45 min to the location, and telling me after presenting my ID. My inability to check in disrupted my entire evening and I lost money for a previously planned engagement. The...
