“Love this Hotel, amenities are abounding. My 3rd stay here, and it's been immaculate and comfortable every time. Fyi, The pool (seasonal) faces the mountains, absolutely stunning. Staff are efficient and kind. Spa is wonderful too, in a beautiful building next to the hotel.”

“I had messed up on my reservation, and Jovan and Jason went out of their way, way out of their way to accommodate my mistake, I had meant to reserve for 3 nights and only reserved 2 nights. I had to reserve a room for the first night wasn't able to combine the rooms because I had gone thru expedia, Jovan made the switching of the 2 room the next day a breeze didn't have to check out at 11 and wait for my room at 4. i was moved and settled into new room before 11.
