“We went for a family funeral. Front desk staff gave us the wrong keys (3) times. We walked into occupied rooms disturbing our fellow family members at 1:30am while there were sleeping due to this error. The toilet was also not functional. Front desk staff said we do not have maintenance and instead of helping us, gave us a plunger to fix our own toilet. Terrible hospitality and organization”

“Please note, you are not permitted to stay here if you are considered a local. Despite not living in the same town, I was not allowed to stay after paying for my room through Expedia. This is something that this facility and Expedia should have identified during my reservation, instead of after letting me pay for it, driving 45 min to the location, and telling me after presenting my ID.
