“We went for a family funeral. Front desk staff gave us the wrong keys (3) times. We walked into occupied rooms disturbing our fellow family members at 1:30am while there were sleeping due to this error. The toilet was also not functional. Front desk staff said we do not have maintenance and instead of helping us, gave us a plunger to fix our own toilet. Terrible hospitality and organization”

“Overall it was an ok stay, why, because the beds were very lumpy and didn't offer much back support while sleeping. We found ourselves tossing and turning through out the night. The breakfast wasnt much to desire either. The pancake machine was down, the oatmeal looked as if it were saved over from the day before as it was dry and literally bottom bucket style looking. “What a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the people and the facility showed pride and care in going the extra mile. Rooms, hallway, dining area were all immaculate and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were politely helpful and kind. Loved the room layout and it was beyond comfortable. “The moment that we walked into the lobby, there was a smell…I would not call it a stench, but I was not a pleasant smell. The rooms were very old and in need of rehabilitation . The mattress had no real support. The towels were more like sandpaper not a nice fluffy towel. The tv did not work properly. The ac had to be turned down to 65 to even blow cold air. The picture in line makes it look like a fabulous hotel. NOT THE CASE! Because of all of the above, we showered and left!”
