“Good things first: The rooms were clean and free from bugs. The air conditioning worked as well and wasn't too loud. The breakfast buffet was standard but adequate. The pool/spa was completely empty and being used as a storage location for spare parts, furniture, and appliances. Some reviews mentioned this but the property is still advertised as having a pool. “The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. The side door of the building cannot be opened with the room key. The back door of the building is always unlocked. The room telephone did not have a dial tone therefore I could not make a call to inform the staff that we could not access the internet upon arrival. Internet was available the next morning. There was a tiny cockroach on the bathroom vanity.”
