“I liked absolutely NOTHING about this property. The outside of the hotel looks like a 5 star building but inside was crap. Sink was clogged. Toilet clogged on me and I had to fix it. Bed was uncomfortable, I had to buy an air mattress. Also nobody cleaned my room between days.”

“The first night we got there the toilet didn't work. The attendant asked if I used a plunger to fix it. I was like we don't have one. Also, the security safe was broken. Not a good first impression.”

“The staff was super helpful during check in. The first room I was given had a strong cigarette smell. But they were super understanding and assigned me a new room no questions asked. The rooms and building honestly look nicer than the pictures and are very clean. There was a problem with my room keys and internet on the second night but was fixed at the front desk without any additional issues. Breakfast was also very good. Overall very positive experience besides the few minor inconveniences...

“Our room smell like a smoker room. There as a hole in the restroom door. Deadbolt on the door was damage and someone tape it back on. Air conditioner button were damage we had to unplug it to turn it off. Hair in tub and sink. Floors were dirty. No shades on the lamps. Our bed was broken. Cigarettes buds all over stairs and side walk.”

“Cheap,great for a one night/overnight stay. Hotel has seen better days and it’s as clean as it’ll get. Amenities are close to nil, the microwave and mini fridge didnt really work so if you depend on those, splurge a little elsewhere. Bed was comfortable, linens were “clean” but hey no bugs!!! Holes and stains on aged bedspread. Area is great location, moderately safe. Restaurants and businesses nearby. Pet friendly with minimal areas to relieve. Checkin was easy, very friendly and accommodating...

“Great host Beautiful grounds ”

“Room was extremely dirty, both beds had visible stains on the sheets. Room curtains and door were damaged. Bathroom was surprising clean. We did not stay here. Also did not receive a refund being we took longer than the 20 minutes to report to the front desk. Desk worker was respectful, no issues with him but housekeeping need serious work. ”

“The room looked clean but smelled like dirty wash rags. Good AC, uncomfortable beds. ”

“The bathroom was disgusting and there was fresh stains on the carpet that were still wet and I'm pretty sure it was blood. The balcony door was stuffed with paper towels. I was the only Hotel available unfortunately.”

La camera era davvero fatiscente, non c era un angolo che fosse decente, il condizionatore era vecchissimo, la moquette sporca, nel bagno degli insetti..in piu mancava di qualunque confort, non c era nulla! Ne il microonde ne il frigorifero ne il phon ( ne ho chiesto uno alla reception e me l hanno dato non funzionante) ne bollitore.. All arrivo all una il personale in malo modo ci ha detto che il check in apre alle 15 e non ci hanno concesso neanche di stare nella sala...
