“This hotel has a pool but it doesn't work...the pool area is actually a storage room. It was quite obvious that this place cuts corners everywhere they can even down to the coffee served at breakfast...it was watered down. The staff were great, I have no complaints. If you just need somewhere to stay that's clean so you're not on the street, this place will work, just don't expect it to be quality.”

“We spend most weekends in Albuquerque for tournaments and this was our first time staying here. We loved that they not only had breakfast included but dinner, too. My husband and I were also able to enjoy our three free drinks which was nice while our kids hung out in the dining area watching tv. The pool and hot tub are also very clean and the windows in the pool room give it the perfect ambience. It’s a little more expensive than what we’re used to, but we will gladly pay it knowing we don’t...

“The staff was super helpful during check in. The first room I was given had a strong cigarette smell. But they were super understanding and assigned me a new room no questions asked. The rooms and building honestly look nicer than the pictures and are very clean. There was a problem with my room keys and internet on the second night but was fixed at the front desk without any additional issues. Breakfast was also very good. Overall very positive experience besides the few minor inconveniences...

“Beautiful resort, loved everything. Would be great if a few more things were added for kids to do, otherwise was very enjoyable. Low payouts at casino however, stayed for 4 days and only saw 1 person getting a payout.”

“Vending machines did work so could not purchase water or other drinks, staff didn’t seem to care. Holes in the cabinets in my room. The area around the facility was empty lots with trash”

“This is my second stay. Everything seemed great, my only issue was the bed. There was nothing lux about it. It was too firm and gave my mom back pain. No pillow top mattress, look and felt like a basic mattress!”

“Our room smell like a smoker room. There as a hole in the restroom door. Deadbolt on the door was damage and someone tape it back on. Air conditioner button were damage we had to unplug it to turn it off. Hair in tub and sink. Floors were dirty. No shades on the lamps. Our bed was broken. Cigarettes buds all over stairs and side walk.”

“I say everything was good with this hotel, except the diamond member parking/not enough handicap parking spots. The other issue is with Expedia. I will never do business with you again.”
