“Arrived late but was a great spot to crash for an evening. Comfortable beds and property was super clean. Morning coffee was a great touch. Will stay again when in Emporia. ”

“The house was just as described. It was clean and decorated very nicely. We felt very much at home. It was great having the park right across the street. It's really nice that older kids can play at the park, and you can watch them while you relax on the front porch. It would be nice if the City of Emporia would put up "Kids at Play" and "Speed Limit" signs around the park. We would definitely stay again!”

“Overall, it was good to have a roof over our heads for the night. No complaints there. The original location in Eskridge ended up being booked for the evening, resulting in a late check in time. I received communication a day before our stay providing another location to stay at. The lakehouse was decent, providing all accommodations necessary. One hide-a-bed, a full size and a twin bed, the latter being quite uncomfortable. A slightly dirty toilet is my only complaint about the cleanliness. ”

“The house is lovely-wood floors and beautiful windows. The star is the large front porch which catches a breeze even when it was hot outside. The beds were super comfortable and we had a lovely stay.”
