“The staff is nice I can say that. However the individual and or family staying above me which I assume is room 205 was playing a horn or some sort of horn instrument 1:30 pm in the afternoon the first day of my stay. Which, I found to be rude staff was helpful in rectifying the issue. The food that is served could be a lot more better for the price you are paying to stay there and i didn’t like that paper plates and plastic utensils were used as well. It’s not that many patrons in my opinion to...

“The shears had a significant tear and the curtains would not close. More importantly, a facility which seems to want to cater to families and longer term clients had difficulty locating a trolley to accommodate luggage. When asked, they indicated trollies would be parked by the elevator. During my nearly week long stay, that never happened. This was a major inconvenience.”

“Stayed here two nights, good level hotel, all services you would expect from a Hampton (parking, wifi, pool, complimentary breakfast). Conveniently located close to some major roads. Not many good restaurants nearby, it would be better to have dinner in some other area (downtown or so) before going back to the hotel.”

“There was too much noise from the road outside of our room, and the shower was dripping, plus there was a hole in the curtains that the Early morning sun came right through. All in all it was an okay place to stay a night. The breakfast was good and included”

“It was a clean but rather average hotel. Not what I would expect from a Hilton. No bathrobes, only one rather hard chair, no entry light so you had to enter the room in the dark. Only three drawers and one towel rack.”
