“Albergo in posizione stupenda affacciata suk vieux port e sul San Lorenzo. L'accoglienza della manager del servizio prenotazioni di nome Margherita è stata davvero unica.Fa piacere sentirsi ospiti ben accolti e non dei semplici numeri.Ricevuto upgrade pur avendo comunque già acquistato la camera vista fiume (camera con metratura leggermente superiore). La stanza è comodissima e in perfetto stile. Come potete leggere da altre recensioni è meglio non essere al quinto piano per il possibile rumore...

“Great location in the old town. Everything was much appreciated. We got some concerns : 1) check in 16.00 it’s really late (first time it happens) 2) not having the breakfast in the building it’s a minus from my prospective 3) MAIN : so many noises especially during the morning. Works outside start really early and the glass are soooo thin! Unfortunately always wake up with noises around 06.30am 4) no cleaning room - costs 9 5 dollars ”

“We really liked the location in Old Montreal. Historic exterior of the hotel is beautiful. Rooms have character but are worn in areas. Our bed frame squeaked pretty loudly. We did like the on premise restaurants and the food was good, although the service was very slow most days. The Spa was nice and provided the services we were looking for. “Very stylishly designed apartments that are new and fresh. I stayed in room 101 which was quite large, beautiful floor to ceiling windows, exposed wood beam ceiling. The location is great - in the heart of lots of restaurants, cafes, and cultural events in Old Montreal. Just be aware this is more of a serviced apartment rather than a hotel - there is no front desk, check in is all online. Access into the hotel and room is by PIN code. “The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and quiet during the night. I loved the decor through out the hotel. The location was excellent and close to all the main sights. The breakfast was thoughtfully put together in a basket and hung near the door each morning. Lovely stay, highly recommend.”

“Perfect location. Easy to walk everywhere in Vieux Montreal. Very clear directions on accessing the rooms and storing our luggage. It was raining in the morning and the hotel staff brought us two umbrellas to use for the day. Very efficient and a pleasure to have such a bright, modern, clean space for our stay. I will definitely make it my home whenever I visit Montreal again Thank you Maison Sainte Therese!”
