“The parking was very easily accessible and was perfectly adequate for the number of rooms in the property. The evening meal was fantastic and the breakfast was extremely good with a very helpful and professional team. I would definitely recommend a stay or a meal here.”

“Room was large, big bathtub. One corner of the room had moisture damage, and mold, perhaps from a roof leak or condensation. Pub was cosy. Food tasty. There is nothing else to do in Sandhutton. A critter scampering, and chewing in the attic above our room kept us awake most of the night. ”

“Lovely comfy bed and quality bedding. Good thick curtains to keep out the light. Can control own radiator so not too hot or cold and generous tea/coffee facilities in room. Would stay again, thanks Alice. ”
