“The property out side had grass grown up definitely not kept up. The room had been painted but ceiling needed repaired cracks and pieces looked like coming down. There was a few roaches, the remotes didn’t turn tv on. As far as clean room it was cleaned well. Beds looked new and comfortable. Wouldn’t stay again because bugs.”

“The room was in fair condition. It definitively could use basic upgrades. The light above the bathroom sink was not working properly. Very dim and maintenance was not able to fix because the part was not available. There were no batteries in remote and that’s never happened to us before. The staff member who checked us was not as welcoming and pleasant as she has been on many of our previous visits. We were disappointed by this as most people in our hometown are usually pleasant. 😔 The facility...

“We noticed that when we walked barefooted on the floor the bottom of our feet were dirty, even after we washed. It would seem that the floor had not been properly cleaned. In addition, we found at least two roached in our room.”
