“Poor Customer Service My husband booked a room around 6 PM for what he believed was the same night. When he arrived at the hotel, he realized the reservation had accidentally been made for a date one month ahead instead of that night. The hotel informed him they had no availability for the same night, which is understandable. However, what was disappointing was that they refused to refund the reservation. “We were there for a short stay for a conference, so not much sightseeing was done, but the hotel is in very short distance from the University and great surrounding restaurants.”

After the competition, my family and I went to the Mansfield and Pleasant Hill battlefields which were just a short drive from the house. I will definitely be staying again the next time we find ourselves in the area.”
