“Placed in a room with two joining doors, one of each side. One door could be locked from our room and the other could not. Requested a room with no joining door unless it could be locked from inside our room. Took an hour to get another room. ”

“The room was fresh and spotless. However, it took multiple phone calls to get access code to room; it then had to be changed several times as it did not work. On the second night the television was not working. After 90 minutes on the phone it was deemed that it was no longer working. On both instances I was speaking to someone offsite. Both were very apologetic and understood my frustration. I would like a partial refund. ”

The room was in unacceptable condition — the bed had no proper sheets, and the mattress protector was visibly dirty. I was so disgusted that I could not stay. I documented everything on video. I strongly hope management improves their cleaning standards immediately. ”

“If all your looking for is a bed, then this place is ok (way over priced for what it is) but if you want a cup of coffee your out of luck, no coffee, no breakfast, not even a box of kleenex. Up side there is a Gentlemen Club right next door.”

“I live in Florida but I booked the hotel for my out of town friend and her kids. We were going on a cruise together. We stayed 2 nights before and one night after cruise. Staff amazing, pool, hot tub, breakfast all amazing. Thank you ”

“Pessimo. Le stanze sono ampie ma non c'è neanche un armadio ed il resto dell'arredamento è vecchio e orribile. La "colazione continentale" è composta da caffè, succo d'arancia e muffing gelati, e alle 9 viene ritirato tutto. Decisamente da evitare!”

“Room dirty, racks with oxidation, floors crack, walls cracked, unbelievable that a place like that still open, where are the inspectors from the city ,when we get there the toilet has piss the room cleaner forgot to flush it , the most disgusting hotel I’ve been.”

“Toilets didnt flush consistently in 2 different rooms we were assigned to. We had to pick the best. We were not offered any compensation for the defective toilets. We explained that we needed a properly functioning toilet due to medical issues but the problem was not resolved. Breakfast was sloppy and barely warm. The stairwell smelled and was filthy, worried about touching anything as you might catch something. Were told we would have a room attendant to clean and tidy but nobody ever came. ”

“Was supposed to have a room with a queen size bed. When I tracked down they did not have that room available and tried to put me in a nasty dirty old room that had two double beds. I told her to cancel my reservation and I left. I contacted Expedia. I hope they credited my account and did not charge me for this place. When I book a queen room I expect to get a queen room not two double beds. I would never have booked this hotel had I known it was as dirty as it is. ”
