“La struttura è nuova, e bella ma tenuta male, dovrebbero fare un po' più di manutenzione, la moquette è molto sporca e anche i muri avrebbero bisogno di un po' di colore .”

“Staff was rude. Guy had a bad attitude. No hot water. Booked with Expedia but had a problem at check in so while Expedia was trying to fix problem for 2 hrs I was told I wasn't allowed to wait in the lobby and was escorted out because the man did t want me to charge my phone in the lobby while I waited to Expedia to fix the problem. So rude”

“SHOWER was great, good water pressure. Pillows were good. Had continuous problem with door lock. Had to get new cards twice. One never worked. They even changed the door lock and problem was not resolved. Overall experience was good made up for door locks with helpful staff.”

“Description said sleeps 7 and there were only 2 beds and the couch was not a sofa bed. At most it sleeps 5 if someone sleeps on the hard sofa. Very dim lighting. Not satisfied with stay.”

“They charge extra to park in the hotel parking lot that isn’t included in your fees originally charged. Apparently it’s on a sign at the hotel that wasn’t pointed out or told when they needed to scan card for the hold that all hotels require. Had to call and ask about the charge and was talked to like I was an idiot for not knowing they changed to park on site. Also water was a struggle took 10 minutes to get hot water”

“I enjoyed staying at this Holiday Inn. I was on the second floor, with a poolside view, and it was quiet and comfortable. It was easy to get down to the fitness room, which offered some cardio and a few weights; and the buffet breakfast was typical for a hotel, yet they kept it warm and well stocked. I never used the pool, but saw a few people in it during my stay. The room was clean each evening I returned. I don't ask for much, yet got sufficient.”

“Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff and cute property. Rooms are a little small and the check-in is very awkward talking to a kiosk. But for the price you can’t beat it.”
