“They were doing construction, but were very good about keeping it under control”

“Breakfast was fantastic and the gal who serves breakfast was always so sweet. Cleaners were fantastic and we were surprised with a clean room after a long day in the mountains, which was so nice and needed. Only complaint is the staff not sitting at the front desk, especially a gal named Mckayla i think. She was never at the front desk and also was not super friendly or helpful in telling us we needed to hold onto our wrist bands for the pool and to trade them in as needed, not throw them away....

“I was there for s family wedding. It was nice to have a place to cool down and rest in between the events. I am so o thought it was easy to find and a maid helped get rid of extra trash. I didn’t ever use the breakfast so I don’t know how that was ”

“Check in was quick, responses to needs we're efficient, enough towels for the pools and shower. The lifeguards were not friendly at all but we still had a blast at the hot springs and water slides. ”

“The front desk was reachable via text at all times, which was extremely handy in case anything happened, and much easier to navigate than wired phones that sometimes don't even work. Great use of modern tech. ”
