“A property for workers in the area. Clean enough, managed through the restaurant on the property. No breakfast with your stay. The restaurant was nice, good basic food offerings, reasonably priced.”

“Honestly couldn’t ask for a better place. Quiet place only about 20 minutes from downtown Covington, and within 40 minutes of several outdoor spots. Everything was super clean, everything in the cottage worked well, and the wifi was fast. Perfect spot for a secluded get away but with amenities and privacy you can’t find at a campground. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.”

“From the time we arrived the staff were very accommodating and happy to assist. The standard king bedroom was better than expected, so no need to upgrade. Each night we tried a different restaurant and the food was incredible. The day spa pass was worth it! Thanks to all the staff who made our anniversary extra special. We will definitely return.”

“This place is incredible and we were so lucky to have found it! Very comfy and very well stocked. My friends and I were in town visiting the Jefferson pools and were so happy to land here. Amazing hot tub, beautiful stars and a really lovely place to stay. There weren’t any reviews on Vrbo yet when I booked and I’m happy to spread the word and suggest this stay to anyone. Thank you Ryan for everything and for being so welcoming and flexible. What an awesome spot you have. Thanks for sharing! ”

“We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going...
