“This was a stop for us as were traveling a total of 14+ hours. We had a great night's sleep, it was so nice and quite even though our room faced the street. Breakfast was good and the lovely woman who was caring for guests made my husband happy as she went about and beyond making sure my husband had scrambled eggs! Thank you so much for your hospitality! ”

“It’s good for the price. If you want something fancy, then pay for something fancy if you want somewhere to crash for the night and don’t wanna pay a ton then this is perfect. It amazes me the amount of people and the different things that people complain about yet they wouldn’t have those issues if they just paid to not have those issues. It’s a good option for the price. You can’t have a champagne taste on a beer budget, that’s all.”

“Very polite folks working at the registration desk. Efficient. It is obvious that effort has been made to improve the condition of the property, but there is still a lot more work to be done. There was no secondary security lock on the entrance door (it had been pulled off). The shower curtain was covered with black mold. The television worked and the AC unit worked perfectly. ”

“When we arrived I could not find anyone in the lobby but then saw an envelope with my name on it. The lobby area and the back porch area where breakfast is served is very historic looking, but well maintained and cozily decorated. Ditto for our room once we let ourselves in. The grounds are very relazing.”
