“The administration (and reception) was horrible. I paid for my stay when I booked through Hotels.com, but I was charged again when I checked in. I should have been more careful, but I paid. I noticed this double payment after returning home and contacted the hotel. Their response was slow, and they never admitted the fault and refused to refund.
