“It was ok. There is no ac unit, so u cant change the temperatures. The coffee pot in our room we had to set it up on the floor cause there was no outlets near the table it was on. You only get 2 pillows on the beds so bring ur own also. Hotel can only provide 2 extra at a request. The bed would have been alright if there was more shoulder support...more pillows. Plus side. “This hotel was hands-down, the cleanest hotel that me and my kids stayed in. And we stayed in two other hotels other than this one. The staff was very nice and really welcoming, and super helpful. They maid turn down service was great, no issues whatsoever. The location was pretty convenient because it was really close to West Edmonton, Mall and Chick-fil-A obviously.
