“Stay was nice”

“Liked the breakfast. Bathroom door wouldn't open after. you closed it - needed help from my son to get it open.”

“Hot tub is permanently out of service but otherwise the pool area is nice. Great breakfast buffet at a great price (not included with stay). The staff was very helpful. Great location. Just be advised: pineapples on all the entrance doors and a very “friendly” bunch of guests hanging in the pool (if you know, you know haha).”

“Problems with the room: the lock on the bathroom door didn’t work and there was no cold water coming out of the bathroom sink. Also, no shampoo or conditioner – I had to go to the front desk, and they only had a shampoo bar, which was very poor and no conditioner. Lastly, the cord on the phone came out of the receiver and wouldn’t click back in, which disconnected my phone call with the front desk when they called to check in to see if everything was OK.”

“The hotel is “bright” which is very appealing. Especially the hallways. Everything is kept immaculate. Friendly staff. Clean. Free laundry is great perk.”

“The hotel personnel was cordial but very cold in nature. Surroundings need major upkeeping, our room was not clean when we got in, and despite the fact that we noted the effort to renew the bathroom, only the wall tiling and mirror coukd be appreciated. The rest was sloppily completed and not cleaned. The rest of the room was run down, but the space was good. Breakfast options: bagels, toast, waffles, cornflakes and branflakes. Stop. Coffee, tea and oj. Housekeeping did not come to make...

“This review is for the current hotel, not what is to come! I would like to start with their is so much potential and they are currently expanding on the hotel/casino and as someone in project management I foresee amazing changes in the near future. BUT for what it is now, it’s not great. They had only two elevators and one was broken (10 min wait minimum), I took a shower one morning fine and the next no hot water, when I placed my bag down the counter top to where the TV was placed moved....
