“This place was absolutely fantastic, from cleanliness to staff friendliness! The amenities were extremely useful! The gym had relevant equipment that was not dated! It included 2 separate rooms, one spacious space for weight training, one more intimate space for yoga/calisthenics. Maybe the gym was my favorite part! There was also a pool area (indoor). “Didn’t know you couldn’t grab a piece of cheese. The staff member mumbled, then brushed my hand away, then said he had to throw it all out, and continued to berate me when he returned until I told him to stop talking to me (please). Didn’t bother going down for breakfast next day. We went out instead. TV stopped working and no tech staff on duty nor manager. Front desk had us pack and move to new suit. “We reserved a double queen bed room and when we arrived they put us in a single bed room. A double bed. For myself, my sister, and my 18 year old son. They had to bring us a rollaway bed which was hard as a rock and the actual bed in the room was slanted and uneven. Thankfully we only needed it for one night but we won’t be staying here again. No offers of reduced rates or anything for our situation. ”

“Parking was good. Breakfast ended at 9:00 instead of 10:00 Room had.bugs, microwave was broken and we had to sleep with microwave door open or it beeped on and off all night. The light from the microwave kept us awake.”
