“Great stay”

“Upon arrival you receive a welcome drink. You also get popcorn and a s’mores kit for the nightly movie they play on pool deck!”

“This was the most horrible experience I have ever had a hotel. The room next to mine (Room 129) suddenly became noisy at around 1:00 AM and continued to about 2:00 AM. Laughter, yelling, and noisy conversations was enough for me to go to the receptionist desk and complain. The person working the desk was asleep and I apparently woke him up. His eyes were bloodshot and in hindsight, possibly due to using drugs. I was told he would call the room, and I never heard a call. I only heard a knock but...

“The property was beautiful. The amenities; pool, sport court, exercise room, etc. were very nice. The breakfasts were very good and the service was exemplary. The room was spacious and very quiet. A great place to stay!”

“The only thing I recommend is having family with children be a couple rooms away from single guests. Only because majority have work early in the morning or haven't had any rest all day and are looking forward for a peaceful night. All in all the place was really great, very beautiful and clean.”

“I spent 4 nights at The Inn at Moonlight Beach and I was still not ready to leave! Every morning I took a nice long stroll down Moonlight beach, and stopped off for coffee at Lofty. A wonderful breakfast basket was waiting for me when I returned with fresh fruit, a chia seed parfait and green juice. I stayed in Sweet Bay, which had nice high ceilings, a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen and a large soaking tub. All of the touches were so well thought out. “Very well decorated with a super cool ‘vibe’. Bed was amazingly comfortable! Really nice extras (coffee and maker, all utensils, etc) and super nice appliances! Nice private and shared sitting area with fire table. Took the bikes (they were a little tired). Nice location, close to Carlsbad and Oceanside. Would stay again if in the area!”

“I stayed for two days and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The cafe employee was rude, which made us feel unwelcome. Housekeeping was also lacking, our towels and water were never replaced during our stay. Overall, the service did not meet expectations, and I hope management improves customer service and guest care. ”
