No housekeeping service is different? If you remove that I think a laundry should be provided.

“Place was good we stayed in the spa suite and the spa didn't work properly aswell the phone in the room! Location was great with restaurant on-site with room service.. just order at the restaurant and they will bring it to your room load up on the buffet aswell. Definitely will stay again fingers crossed we get a better spa experience.. The Staff were fantastic especially the young lady explaining stuff and the young fella in the restaurant keep up your perfect customer service 👌 ”

“Room had zero soundproofing. Could hear the neighbors on either side, as well as the wedding going on all night behind us. The mini fridge made noise all night long as well.
The door had gaps all around it so we were concerned about pests coming through, as well as the cigarette smoke from our neighbors drifting under it.
Also the wifi did not reach our room so couldn’t even connect to it.
Poor hotel for a beautiful little town. ”
