Welcome to Lakeside Landing at Smith Lake - Whether you're coming to Smith Lake to play or relax and take in the gorgeous views, this beautiful, brand new, 4 bedroom home has plenty to offer. Located just a short drive from 65, and a 5 min boat ride to Trident Marina, the house is conveniently accessible by both land water.

With 4 bedrooms, two living areas, two decks and it's own PRIVATE dock you'll have all that you need for a little R and R on the water. This gorgeous home is brand new construction with all new furniture / mattresses / linens and ready to host your group! Our home can easily accommodate 5 cars.

2 Full size refrigerators. 5 smart TVs are in the home ready for any of your streaming services. 75mb Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. We also have a gas grill located on the upper deck.

Don't forget to rent a boat as soon as you book! We also provide our guests with private sources for rental pontoons not available to the public - they deliver to your dock!

Minimum age to book - 25 years old (Photo ID required prior to check in). Guest booking must be staying at the property for the duration of the stay. No smoking, no pets.

We provide high quality bed linens, bath towels, lake towels, and a well equipped kitchen. Please let us know if there is a certain necessity needed before check-in. A starter pack with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps, dish tabs, and trash bags is provided, but will not last your entire stay.

Beautiful new house.

We stayed at Conrad’s place for the Fourth of July Holiday. It had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped, kayak’s for the water and other items for the water. Plenty of space for our family. We did not want to leave. I would highly recommend.

Gorgeous House

The house is exactly as pictured but even better in person with the lake view. We had the best time. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking in with kids. We used the boat recommendations and rented a boat and thoroughly enjoyed that. The house is beautiful and plenty of space to spread out for larger parties or traveling with kids. My best friend and I took our 5 kids together and it was so fun. The Johnsons were quick to respond and provide information. Highly recommend!

Ski time

Family came for a weekend of skiing. House is as described. Well furnished and clean. Host was very responsive to all needs and checked in with us frequently. The home is very close to Trident Marina (fuel and restaurant). Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Love it when expectations are exceeded!

We just had a wonderful stay at this home. It is new. It is very clean. It is beautifully appointed. The rooms are large and spacious and inviting. The outdoor areas are fantastic and it is a great place to walk! We absolutely look forward to coming back here. I would note that you need to take your own dock chairs. That was fine with us and my husband got there before me so I was able to grab our beach chairs which were great. I didn't see anything about that in the description and a lot of places do have them, so this is just a heads up! This place was even nicer than expected. If you think the lake pictures make the water look shallow or narrow, it is wrong. The water is deep and the views are gorgeous! The channel is much larger than it looks in photos and it is so nice to be off the main channel! Just lovely in every way!
