“Property was clean. Beds were worn a bit. Staff was not happy at all!”

“Beds are just OK, not real comfy and bedding mediocre and worn. Breakfast is OK for thosenot looning after their health. But having a young child on an upper floor makes the galloping heard on the whole floor below all night and all morning until the kid wears off his sugar high... dont understand why a hotel doesthis to their cudtomers. “The bathroom in the room we had was so small you could barely get into it and the door was too wide to shut. Towels were thin. Even though we were a stayover the housekeeper came every half hour in the morning and didn’t understand we were staying and didn’t need service.”
