Vieni a scoprire cosa ha da offrire il sud dell'Illinois per la tua prossima vacanza in famiglia! Lo "YARDHOUSE AL LAGO" ha tutto! 4 camere da letto con 4 letti matrimoniali (in arrivo a novembre 2019) e 2 bagni (i letti saranno nuovi a novembre 2019), belle camere con un grande ponte che si affaccia sul cortile e sul lungomare di una baia sul lago. Dock con elettricità, vista sul lago di ghiaccio, pozzo del fuoco, Wifi, grill all'aperto, garage, lavatrice / asciugatrice, TV a schermo piatto / lettore DVD, TV diretta con pacchetto sportivo, completamente fornito (basta portare cibo e articoli da toeletta), tutti i nuovi mobili in arrivo Novembre 2019 e sì, il tappeto rosa verrà rimosso e sostituito con piastrelle !!!!.

Internet è incluso ed è 6 Mbps in basso e 1 Mbps in su.

RICHIEDI LA NOSTRA NOLEGGIO BARCHE A MOTORE CHE È DISPONIBILE E affittiamo anche le case in fondo alla strada raggiungibili a piedi. Entrambe le altre case dormono 8.

Okay House

The deck was essentially unusable because of the unstable boards popping out. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Overall, it did not feel like it was recently cleaned.

This home has been newly renovated and was very clean. The lake is great and fishing was good. We were very surprised to find that the 2 bedrooms upstairs did not contain the queen beds as noted on VRBO. They were only full size. To verify I was not mistaken I even checked the size of the sheets, they were full size and fit perfectly. With the stairs being somewhat narrow, it might be noteworthy to add to the property description that the kitchen is downstairs. The area was very peaceful.

Perfect place to stay on the lake

We have stayed at this property multiple times now. Every time, we enjoy! It’s clean, comfortable and relaxing! Both the owner and the property manager are awesome to work with! Would totally recommend!!

Get together with Buddies

Four of us got together to watch the National Championship. The location was central to all of us. The house was clean and comfortable. Not too far from a dollar store and then a short drive to Marion if you want restaurants and shopping. Too cold for the lake but nice view and would probably be a great summer stay.

Needs a lot of maintenance

The property was clean, and check in was really easy. Location is nice. But it is definitly in the poorest shape of any VRBO I've stayed in. Two of the bedroom doors don't shut. Dishwasher is not mounted and comes out when you try to open the door.The corner cabinet in the kitchen has a broken door and has for months according to reviews.The tub spigot downstairs isn't mounted in the wall and pulls out when you turn the shower on.The light switch in the downstairs bathroom failed when we were here. Not the light and not the breaker.The deck is sagging and boards are popping up. Nails are sticking up. Not safe to use.Chairs at the upstairs table are missing bottom rungs and are wobbly. Didn't feel safe using two of the four.One of the basement bedrooms lacks a suitable fire escape. Just a small window too high to escape from.The steps are way too steep to be anywhere near code.Overall the finish of the place is pretty rough. Nothing was something that I felt warranted a call over the holiday for immediate repair. Just not what I have come to expect from a VRBO.

The house was clean and looked like the pictures. There were 3 of us and we didn’t spend much time inside the house, but we all slept comfortably. It took us a little bit to get used to the kitchen being downstairs

Nice little home.

We stayed there for a Hunting Trip. Myself and 3 other guys. Property was clean. Property was exactly as described. Plenty of parking space. BBQ grill can probably be replaced. Nearing end of life. Fridge in Kitchen could use some maintenance, works great, just leaking water from bottom gasket. All other appliances in working order, air conditioning/heater works great. No complaints. Cleaning lady even stopped by to ask if we needed anything. Will definitely stay again whenever in the area.

Great Place with a Couple Mishaps

The place is in a great location with a dock. The house was clean and roomy. One of the bed frames was broken and they never came with a replacement. The wifi was also not working the entire time we were there (although they did at least try to come and fix it). Manager was friendly and prompt with responses.

Great house, great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was awesome, spacious and fit all of us very well. We also loved the kayaks that came with the house. Will definitely come back again. A few minor comments for things that could be improved: two of the beds could be replaced, the bathroom needs a lock, would be nice to have shampoo and soap.

Newly remodeled & nicely decorated. Spacious bedrooms & bathrooms. Kitchen was nicely stocked with all cooking equipment needed. Nice short flat walk to dock/lake.

Lake stay

House worked out great for us. Could have used a few more towels, but not a big deal. Nice to have a dock in the back yard - kids enjoyed fishing off of it. Only complaint was the water was shallow and lots of seaweed so couldn’t really swim by the dock.
