“Lovely home with everything you need for a perfect week of relaxation. Toll bridge (3 east bound only) to a gorgeous quiet beach. Tons of great restaurants 5 minutes away and grocery and liquor stores too. Beautiful neighborhood with friendly folks who respect each other's peace and quiet. Wonderful host who responded quickly to a few questions. ”

“We absolutely loved the house and location. The water didnt get hot more like room temp to slightly warm after letting it run for 10 mins, and the dryer not having heat just air. It was everything we wanted. It was very clean an comfortable. It is for sale. If this location is available wen we go on vacation again we would like to book again. We are now looking to move to palm coast in a few yrs. ”

“The size of the property is deceiving - so much more space than we expected, clean, and well maintained. Oh, and gorgeous sunsets over the lake. ”

“Beautiful, spacious, clean. I have been renting vacation homes in FL for the past 8 years and this is the nicest one yet. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Lots of extra towels, blankets, even a nice wagon for the beach. Highly recommend. ”

“Pool for swimming, IF you are afraid of swimming with the St Johns River creatures. A canal for fishing with all the after fishing perks. Loads of seating areas outside for talking, games, eating, sunning, reading..... There is even a lone bench, I called the "discipline bench", if you have a child OR adult that needs a timeout! A huge deck over the canal and you can even do some "Florida Glamping" in the bunkhouse. IT IS a "Backyard Oasis"!!!! ”

“The house was just as described on the listing. Angela was easy to reach and very helpful and accommodating during our stay! Literally don't think we could have had a better host! We loved our time in Angela and Joe's home and would love to come back in the future. My boy said his favorite part of vacation was the pool at our rental and we went to the ocean, Legoland and swam with dolphins! If you have kids, they would love this place with a pool!!
