“The hallways and stairs have an odor to them, stairs are worse. The room appeared clean but there was dirt or sand already on the sheets. We asked for room service twice with no luck. They begrudgingly game me new sheets and towels at front desk. We also had a broken towel rack and stained towels. There is a sign in bathroom stating that stained towels will be charged to the room.
