Chaddies Beach House

La proprietà barche vista panoramica sull'oceano del Creek, Beach e Surf Club e si trova a breve distanza a piedi dal villaggio CBD e dalle principali spiagge. Basta parcheggiare la macchina e camminare per il vostro soggiorno da questa splendida posizione.

I miglioramenti vantano una nuovissima residenza su due livelli, progettata per massimizzare i punti di vista della struttura. Livello di ingresso vanta open space cucina, soggiorno e sala da pranzo che si apre sul grande ponte di intrattenimento all'aperto coperto per mazimize la vista sull'oceano verso nord.

La pavimentazione in legno lucido riciclato si caratterizza in questa zona con un alto soffitto catodico. La zona cucina comprende un'area di preparazione dell'isola con piani di lavoro in granito, lavastoviglie, piano cottura a gas e induzione e forno a parete separato. La camera da letto principale con bagno privato, built-in e ventilatori a soffitto con pavimento in cemento lucidato è anche a questo livello.

Livello uno vanta la seconda camera da letto, bagno generoso e tavernetta. La seconda camera include built-in, ventilatori a soffitto e pavimenti in cemento lucido. Il bagno con doccia e servizi igienici è adiacente. La tavernetta dispone di pavimenti in cemento lucido e uscita porta scorrevole per l'area paesaggistica di livello superiore. Quest'area di nuovo vanta una vista sull'oceano e può essere aperta fino ad un ponte soleggiato protetto per accogliere questo aspetto. Biancheria da letto per questa proprietà è composta da letto matrimoniale per camera matrimoniale, tri a castello (letto matrimoniale e una singola) e letto singolo alla seconda camera da letto.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house, great location...well kitted out with everything you need. Dangerously close to the pub and a 5 minute walk to the beach at the most. Comfy bed in the main bedroom, main bedroom has an ensuite. Second bedroom is a double/single bunk combo and a single bed. Apparently the single bed isn't the comfiest. Separate bathroom for the kids to use, and a separate room for them to chill in. The deck is a decent size and offers great views from the surf club to Hat Head.

There were a few things that detracted from the property, such as;1. The gas element on the stove was not working2. The property needs a good deep clean3. The main bed mattress was bad, and the furniture needs an update.Fix these 3 things (not hard) and it would be a fantastic property.

Beautiful house, we keep coming back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here a number of times and keep coming back as we love the house. It's airy, and clean, and bright and well maintained. Plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils etc. Stunning views too. My only (minor) complaints are that the dishwasher and washing machine both don't work very well, and really should be replaced. Also, having young children I would suggest a gate at the end of the verandah to prevent them running onto the road (I wouldn't let this deter anyone from booking though as you can fashion a barrier yourself if necessary).

A very special place for a great family holiday

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second visit to this lovely home, We found that the cleaner had done a great job and everything was spotlessly clean. A gas hotplate has been “under repair” since our last visit in July 2019. There is an induction cooktop but unfortunately some of the saucepans and frypans don’t work on it. We barbecued a lot, and the bbq was good. As an older person I found the seating in the main living area wasnt suitable for me, too low and soft. I found a great chair in the dining area. We loved the deck, and spent many hours there, drinking coffee and enjoying the sunshine. It is sheltered and has great views. We will be back next year!
