“Clean rooms”

“The beach was great! Room was nothing fancy, but clean. Staff was pleasant. The coffee is horrible and no coffee spots around. Buy your own groceries and you’ll find this place a nice gem. ”

“Dirty room, blood on the door and toilet seat when we arrived. Floors were nasty and AC would turn on and off all throughout the night. This place definitely does NOT look like pictures posted on expedia. Wouldn’t recommend. ”

“We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!”

“We booked this hotel because there was supposed to be a shuttle to Bush Gardens. We were told at check in there was no shuttle because it broke down. We asked for compensation and got nothing. We then had to pay for a Lyft each time we went to the park. The restaurant was not open any of the days we were there. The complementary breakfast was fair at most. The area surrounding the hotel did not look safe to walk anywhere. The green space and pool at the hotel were very nice. The rooms were very...

“Great shuttle service ”

“The hotel is close to the airport with shuttle. A few restaurants and mall near by. The shuttle will take you to the mall. Our room was nice and big with a very comfortable bed. Free breakfast had a good selection. Would definitely stay again. ”

“The room had a dead cockroach on the floor when we checked in. The air conditioning unit sounded like a jet engine when it started. Property needs to be updated. Internet was slow when we arrived and when we went to use it in the morning it wasn’t working was told it was. ”

Arrivo spesso negli hotel in anticipo anche di 6-7 ore dall'orario del check in e, se la stanza è già pronta, me la danno senza alcun sovraprezzo!Una cortesia in più che, al momento di lasciare una recensione sulla struttura, vale di sicuro tanto...invece domandando $25 si sono dimostrati davvero scortesi. Negativo. Peccato perché la struttura è accogliente e pulita. ”
