“On this very hilly community, this house is within walking distance to the club house, tennis court, pool and the camel back water park. As we went to explore by car, we realize how lucky we were. “Clean, comfortable, quiet, well-maintained. Just what we were looking for. We really enjoyed our stay. Only off-putting part was reading the rental agreement beforehand -- only one roll of toilet paper to be supplied per bathroom, all sorts of possible extra charges for not wiping down the stove, not putting away the dishes, keeping the thermostat too high or too low. “The house was great. It was pet friendly although the community is not pet friendly. The local pool and lake does not allow pets (mostly all day). Also, the community lake does not allow renters to bring their own paddle boards or allow them to use the home owners paddle boards or kayaks. We rented kayaks although it was pricey. “We had a great time with another couple at this house! Great hiking and ponds and lakes are very close by. The house itself is cozy and with lots of natural light.
