Welcome to your group’s ultimate Poconos Escape - The Summit Poolhaus! This spacious and design-forward lodge is tucked in the woods and crafted for large families and groups to relax, play, and reconnect. It sleeps 16 and features a rare gem: an ENCLOSED YEAR-ROUND HEATED IN-GROUND POOL. Soak in the hot tub, unwind in the barrel sauna, or gather for movie nights in the theater room. Shoot hoops, play pickle ball, or stargaze by the fire pit.

Think pool oasis by day and stargazing by night. Kids racing from the game room to the swing set, grown-ups sneaking quiet coffee on the deck or finding zen in the sauna. Whether it's board games gone rogue, basketball tourneys or movies with popcorn in pajamas, this home is made for joy in all its forms. With space for everyone to stretch out and enough to bring you all back together, it’s the kind of place that turns weekends into traditions.

→Kitchen: fully stocked with everything you need to make a family dinner, including a dishwasher, oven, stop top and microwave
→Coffee Bar: for coffee lovers! Has ground coffee for making drip, k-cups, tea, hot chocolate and a french press.
→Dining Room: large table with lots of seating, open floor plan into the living room
→Living Room: Gas fireplace for cozy nights, a 65" smart tv, comfy seating and a view of the pool area
→Den Area: with a 65" tv, comfortable seating and an Xbox One console system
→Game Room: pool table, ping pong table, dart board, air hockey, stand up arcade system, corn hole, life size connect four, board games and a poker set
→Half Bath: for taking breaks and a morning refresher

⊹2ND FLOOR:
→Bedroom 1: the king master bedroom with ensuite full bathroom. Has a lovely electric fireplace, seating, a 65" smart tv, a walk in closet and childs small crib.
→Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed with a workstation desk, closet and dresser
→Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed with a closet and dresser
→Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed with a closet and dresser
→Bedroom 5: 1 queen bunk bed with a closet and dresser
→Full Bathroom with a tub

→Bedroom 6: 1-twin bunk and 2-twin beds with dresser and 55" smart tv

→A rental agreement must be signed along with submitting a $500 pre-stay hold and photo ID IN ORDER TO KEEP YOUR RESERVATION (this is all mandated by HOA regulations).

→Upon booking we will send you a message to complete electronically the rental agreement. Three days prior to check in you will receive another message to submit a copy of your ID and submit the pre-stay hold. All of the above must be submitted no later than 72 hours prior to your check in time to avoid full cancellation of the reservation.

→Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

☀Other things to note:
→You must be at least 25 years old or older to make the reservation and personally occupy the property for the entire rental period. Please message us for considerations.

→We do not accept reservations if a majority of the group is under the age of 25, proms, party's or 3rd party reservations.

→Parents or other individuals are not permitted to reserve the house on behalf of another person or group.

→If you have declined travel insurance it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third-party. We cannot refund due to weather, illness or other travel related situations.

→No more than 8 cars allowed per reservation

→Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.

→Please be aware that during a burn ban, no open flames are permitted, including propane fire pits and tables. We appreciate your help in keeping the community safe by following this restriction

George was really good with all the communication from beginning. The place is very well maintained. Nice quiet place. Lots of entertainment for the whole family, home theater, games, pretty much everything. Great place for friends and family.
