“I accidentally made a reservation at this hotel and the quickly canceled. I got the day wrong. I apologized when trying to get a hold of the hotel, left numerous messages but no one acknowledged or called me back. I was charged.”

“We would definitely stay here again! We were there for a family get-together and it is a very nice property. Good fresh breakfast served daily and lots to choose from. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa available all the time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is very convenient...it's right in the middle of everything. Only 15 minutes to Lake Tahoe and just minutes from downtown Truckee!
We didn't go into the pool but used the Hot Tub almost every day - big and...
