Siamo molto entusiasti di offrire questo accogliente e spazioso appartamento con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni e soppalco con spazio per un massimo di 8 persone. È in ottima posizione sulla montagna con accesso diretto all'area del resort da passerella privata. Questa è un'unità terminale a tre livelli con accesso al suolo dal ponte posteriore e viste eccellenti! Ci sono nuovi letti queen size in ciascuna delle 2 camere da letto, 2 nuovi letti singoli nel soppalco e un nuovo divano letto queen size con un materasso memory foam. Anche tutti gli asciugamani e le lenzuola sono nuovi! Divertiti a preparare i pasti nella cucina ben fornita. Puoi rilassarti sul ponte posteriore privato o goderti l'area erbosa appena fuori dal ponte con una vista perfetta sulla collina! Inoltre è disponibile un'area comune con grill a gas per il tuo uso o rilassati nella vasca idromassaggio dopo una lunga giornata attiva in bicicletta, escursionismo o sci. È inoltre possibile utilizzare il deposito di chiusura privato appena fuori dalla porta d'ingresso per riporre biciclette o sci. Vieni fuori a Mt Crested Butte per l'estate! I fiori di campo sono in piena fioritura e ci sono festival all'aperto a bizzeffe!

Great Condo/Location

We stayed here for 3 nights during peak ski season. Location is great - super easy to get to the lifts and rentals. Hot tub is just 50 feet away. Unit is stocked with extras to help with your stay - cooking oil, seasoning, etc if you want to eat in. Only drawback was the photos for the listing are outstanding and make it appear bigger than it actually is. There is little space for luggage, coats/winter wear and getting ready for the slopes. There is outside storage for skis/snowboards. Stairs between levels are very narrow, which was very hard for my tall, wide-shoulder husband.

Great location near resort

The condo was as described and easy access to ski resort. we were glad we left skis at valet - as return has a few flights upstairs. Janet was helpful and responsive and we appreciated the nice supply of kcups and spices provided. CB is a great town and this condo keeps you close to all the fun.

Winter Ski Trip - Epic Location & Snow

Property could not be in a better location. Ski closet included. Wood stove was essential for relaxing each night after the hot tub. Plenty of firewood, and room to host two families with kids.

Was great stay for my family. The location was perfect the space was perfect. Only Con but not really a con was low on some of the essentials like paper towels, trash bags. Loved having a fire everyday!

Perfect location for family ski weekend

Perfect for our family of 6 for a ski weekend. Foot bridge makes it very easy to get back and forth from the mountain. Fun to have a wood fire.

Awesome Crested Butte rental

Awesome property that is very close to the base at Crested Butte. Plenty of space for up to 8 people. Could not have been happier with the property.

Great location

We were really happy with our stay at this condo. It was very clean and had plenty of room for my family. The kitchen was well-stocked, one of the best! The location was great, just across the bridge from the main resort area and ski lift. It was about a 5 minute walk to the ski lift. There was plenty of fire wood for the wood stove so we had a cozy fire each day. We would stay here again!

Needs a Facelift

We came to CB for serious outdoor play, which we got. It’s a good thing we were adventuring most of the time because we didn’t love our VRBO this year. The towels were dingy and had a strong chemical smell, the carpet was stained and also dingy, the bathmats hadn’t been washed, and our sheets were dirty and of poor quality (microfiber). Also problematic was that the weather was warm and 2 of the bedrooms didn’t have fans and none of them had windows to open to cool the condo. We had sweaty nights during our stay. I will say that the owner did try to remedy the situation by discounting our stay and changing the sheets on one of our beds. That was kind but, at $925 for 3 nights, I feel like we paid too much (thank goodness for the discount!) The craziest thing is that we were charged these extra for the following “services”: $15 for linen fees, $175 for cleaning fee, $88 for service fee, and $127 for lodging tax (shame on me for not more carefully looking at the fees before committing; I will no longer be using VRBO either). Grateful CB remains its beautiful self. We will return but not to stay in this location.

Great property and location

The property is well updated with nice decor. The kids loved the walk-out lawn and everyone enjoyed the large deck with beautiful mountain views, as well as the community hot tub and grill area just down the hall. The property is also right next to the pedestrian bridge to the mountain, making it an easy walk to the slopes and amenities of the ski mountain development.
