Enorme Twnhm 4 Bdrm Walk to Ascensori -MT Crested Butte

Lusso, nuova 4BD / 4. 5BA, 3389SF cittadina con una magnifica vista sul Monte Crested Butte comprensorio sciistico e montagne. Solo 1 1/2 blocchi per il comprensorio sciistico di base villaggio e impianti di risalita (Red Lady e Argento Queen). Posti letto 8-10 persone molto comodamente. Grande pianta, camere da letto 2 matrimoniali / bagni con vista incredibile, un sacco di spazio e un grande viale. Finemente arredato.

Primo piano: camera familiare enorme, bagno completo, grande lavanderia e mudroom. 2 aerobeds in camera familiare.

Secondo Piano: Cucina, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, bagno in polvere e grande maestro regina con proprio bagno.

Terzo Piano: 3 camere da letto - 1 matrimoniale padronale con bagno, un re e una regina con un bagno in mezzo. 2 bagni.

La cucina gourmet ha armadi nodoso ontano, granito solidi, alzato top bar in granito con posti a sedere per quattro, pavimenti in ardesia e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di GE.

I due master suite hanno ampie docce cabine armadio, travertino piastrelle, pavimento e controsoffitti, grandi vasche da bagno e di un angolo bar in camera con mini-frigo in livello principale capolavoro entrambi hanno una vista mozzafiato del Monte Crested Butte.

Il mudroom / lavanderia ha GE full size, fianco a fianco lavatrice / asciugatrice con una zona di piegatura. 

Ci sono un sacco di finestre e un camino a gas completano queste aree. Un grande ponte è off del salone offre una vista spettacolare del comprensorio sciistico e sulle montagne circostanti. BBQ!

Townhome was huge, as advertised, and worked well for our group. Particularly good for cooking at home, watching the Super Bowl and the Olympics. It was indeed close to the lifts but not 2 or 3 minute walk to the resort or lift, more like 15 minutes, particularly with ski boots.We weren’t able to get the fireplace to work, despite ample long-distance assist from the host. A technician visited a week into our stay and determined it was a faulty valve but couldn’t get the part in time for our stay. That was a disappointment.The kitchen was not supplied well considering the caliber of the home. The dishes, pots, pans and silver ware were all haphazard discards from Goodwill. We made it work but it was not the right assortment of quality kitchen supplies.There were other minor problems. All leading to our conclusion this was a Ritz-Carlton caliber rental unit with Days Inn management. It’s really not living up to its potential.Nevertheless, we enjoyed ourselves immensely and the issues did not diminish the wonderful week because we made the most of the beautiful home.

Plenty of room for our group of 10, including two small children. We originally booked at the San Moritz which is much smaller condos but is ski in and ski out. I think the lord knew we needed more room because our San Moritz house was cancelled due to new owners not honoring the reservation. We were lucky to find this condo so close to the base, we chose to drive to the base. Easily could have walked if we had somewhere to store our gear at the base. Owner Sean was great!

Great Ski Trip!

Excellent place to stay in CB! Our family had a great spring break trip. This house is great sized and had plenty of room to spread out. Parking in the driveway was great. Short walk to the slopes, or could use the First Tracks service. I would definitely recommend this house!

This condo is a short walk to the main lift and is very spacious on the inside considering it sleeps 12. Owner was very responsive and polite.

Better than we expected (and we expected a lot)

We were excited to stay here but it was even larger and better laid out than we expected. Lots of rooms for the nieces and adult kids and a great gathering area. Plus the views were PHENOMENAL! Great support from management when issues/needs arose for us. Can’t wait to go back!

Ski vacation

Property was very nice and a great location. Plenty of space to congregate and share meals. Excellent views of the mountain! The property advertised a couple of futon beds that we could not find, but there were air beds available so it worked out fine. Would highly recommend for a group looking for easy access to skiing.

Spacious and Great Location

Overall we had an excellent experience. Lots of space and 0.25 mile walk to the lifts. We could have used a guide on how to operate things like TV's etc, instead we communicated regularly with the owner via text messaging primarily. Comfortable, but could have used some updating, like carpet, etc. Owner was very helpful.

Awesome Views

We were supposed to be a group of 9 staying in this townhome, but it ended up just the four of us. So obviously we had plenty of room. We really enjoyed hanging out on the deck off the living room, enjoying the spectacular view of Mt. Crested Butte. It was an easy walk over to the ski base. The drive to town takes 5-10 minutes. We had access to the awesome paved recreation trail connecting the town and the ski village. The kitchen was well-supplied, except maybe could use more Tupperware. Beds were comfortable. Owner was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. We really enjoyed this spectacular destination.

Ease, Space and Responsiveness

Shawn is a very responsive property owner/manager. Any questions, he was extremely helpful!! Location is excellent. A short walk to ski village-- lifts, restaurants, coffee, etc. Consider checking your skis/poles at base if wanting to avoid bringing back/forth. Home is spacious. Big bedrooms. Lots of bathrooms. Comfortable living room off kitchen with dining room table that can easily sit 8. Plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, ec. Enjoy your stay knowing Shawn wants to ensure you have a great time!

Great location and roominess for a big family!

We had a great experience staying in this condo. It was very convenient to walk to the lifts. Shawn was very accommodating and responsive. Would recommend this condo to any large family.

Crested Butte

WOW! The views from this home were absolutely amazing. The place is windows windows windows!!!!! I loved feeling like I was indoors yet outdoors and the views from all rooms were simply amazing. I am a very light sleeper but this home was so peaceful and quite I slept so sound!!! The house itself is much nicer then it appears in the pictures and the size of the home was massive. All the bedrooms were huge and the beds were comfy! The home actually had 2 beautiful Master Suites each with its own private full bathroom with separate tub, shower and double sinks. The kitchen was fully equipped and the laundry room had a full size washer and dryer. Shawn the host was awesome-very quick responses, local tips and very helpful in general. The location was awesome too---it was right on the free shuttle route to town! I preferred to take the shuttle over driving as it was more relaxing. I personally would highly recommend this home to anyone. I give it PLUS 5 stars and the home was spotless. I look forward to booking the home again. Great value and great great home!!! I will definitely book Shawn’s place agai

Spacious, but needs updating

This house has so much potential. Perhaps new owners will see to that once it is sold. Our party agreed that it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke although the cleaners disagree. The dining chairs are unworkable. There is no support in the center of the ones at the table and the barstools are the wrong height. Guests nust provide their own toilet paper and toiletries, which has not been my experience with other VRBO properties. Also, only one set of towels is provided per guest. This is insufficient for those active days when you take more than one shower. Also just one pillow per guest and, in my opinion, not enough blankets. This rental comes at a premium price wirh modest accommodations. Other than that, the house is as advertised, large with spectacular views.
