La posizione del Parkside Retreat non può essere battuta! Questa casa in città si trova proprio accanto al parco cittadino ea pochi passi dalla navetta gratuita. Questa spaziosa casa con 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni con vasca idromassaggio e un fantastico cortile è calda, invitante e pronta per la tua famiglia a creare ricordi in Crested Butte! I dettagli del periodo in Parkside Retreat sono immediatamente evidenti quando si entra nella casa. Dall'hardware in stile missione ai pavimenti in piastrelle Saltillo, ai bagni in piastrelle della metropolitana, tutto in questa casa dice "comodo rifugio in famiglia!"

Entra in casa, calcia le scarpe e preparati a rilassarti. La stanza del fango è spaziosa e invitante con un sacco di spazio per tutte le tue attrezzature all'aperto, incluso un portabiciclette! La cucina è grande e aperta con posti a sedere per la colazione e un sacco di spazio sul bancone. La stufa commerciale a 6 fuochi con piastra è ideale per frittelle e grandi cene. Entra nella grande sala con soffitti altissimi. La sala da pranzo si trova nella grande sala e ha un invitante tavolo e sedie di recupero che sono decisamente unici. A questo livello è una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e il bagno completo fatto in piastrelle della metropolitana in bianco e nero in stile periodo. In fondo al corridoio troverai la camera a castello con due set di cuccette di tronchi personalizzati e una grande area lavanderia se dovessi decidere di fare qualche lavoretto durante le vacanze.

Fuori dal soggiorno si accede al fantastico spazio di vita all'aperto con cortile recintato e irrigato, sala da pranzo all'aperto e, naturalmente, HOT TUB privato di grandi dimensioni! Dietro la casa al secondo livello c'è una master suite con letto king size, area salotto e il suo mazzo privato con vista libera sul Monte. Crested Butte! Anche a questo livello è un altro bagno completo in stile d'epoca e una zona soppalco con comoda sedia per leggere e rilassarsi.

In inverno sei a pochi passi dalla navetta per lo sci fantastico, e in estate sei proprio accanto al parco della città con area giochi per bambini, pallavolo, ferri di cavallo, baseball e prato ben curato per sederti e rilassarti. Posizione incredibile e tonnellate di dotazioni ti troveranno a mettere Parkside Retreat in cima alla tua lista di vacanze a Crested Butte!

Picture Perfect

This property was even better than it looked online. The location was perfect for kids and adults alike. We were close enough to walk to everything that we wanted to see or do. The park across the street was excellent. Our two teenage boys enjoyed the freedom to go burn off extra energy at the park . The house itself was big enough for the 6 of us to really spread out and not feel on top of each other. Honestly, I just can't say enough good about this property. If we ever go back to Crested Butte, I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

The Parkside retreat was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 children/teens. It was very comfortable with plenty of room for all. The location was perfect, just a short walk to town. Well stocked with easy check in/out. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit crested butte and be close to the town.

Perfect winter family getaway

Stayed here with my wife and young children for a week. Excellent location and well put together house. Quiet neighborhood. Great layout with a central living room where we all spent our evenings in front of the warm fireplace. The hot tub was a great end to the day and just steps from the door leading to the deck. Very private. Beds are warm and comfortable. Ensuite bathrooms and a full laundry attached to the front bathroom. Plenty of the towels for baths and hot tub. The kitchen sports a chef-grade stove and oven. Well laid out with plenty of utensils and cookware. The large kitchen table seated the whole family with more available in the dining area. A few things that we learned during our stay: Extra charcoal, supplies and snow shovel are in the closet in the ante-room by the front door. There are also a couple of sleds and sundry items in there that we found after a couple of days of staying. Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again on our next ski trip to Crested Butte.

Close to perfect

We’ve been coming to CB every summer for years and stayed in many different homes. This one was the best. Location is perfect. Right across the street from the park for those with kids, quick walk to Elk St and close to several trails. The house itself is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to make a gourmet meal. There’s a great private patio outside perfect for sitting around with a glass of wine in the evening. And the hot tub is a must.

Great location! Walk to Elk Street.

We loved this house! The kitchen was well-stocked and a cook's delight! We spent a lot of time in the large (& clean!) hot tub and around the fire pit. The charcoal grill was also a nice amenity. The location of this house can't be beat. Right across the street from the park and a very quick walk to Elk Street for restaurants and shopping. We did not need our car to get around town. Such a treat! We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic vacation home

We loved our stay. The home was in a perfect location and had everything we needed. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, the hot tub was wonderful, and the house was spacious. We plan to stay here again.

Spacious mountain home close to town and mountain shuttle

This home has everything you could need inside, including a kitchen stocked with cookware, and is a short walk from everything you could need. Management was extremely helpful and accommodating as well!

Crested Butte Get Away

Darling house in Crested Butte offered all the comforts we needed for a perfect get away. Great amenities and spotlessly clean, this house is located within walking distance to the Elk Street eateries and shops. I'd stay again, it is perfect.

Great house - near construction site

I would recommend the house once the construction of the new concert hall that is next door is complete. There were bulldozers and tractors driving in front of our house all day. That should have been disclosed.

Nice House / Perfect Location.

Our family (2 parents, 3 young children and 2 grandparents) had a great stay while we were in Crested Butte for a ski trip at the end of March. The house is reasonably sized and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the hot tub was a nice way to unwind after a full day of skiing. The location is perfect: right in the middle of town with easy access to the ski bus, children’s center and Elk Ave. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautifully appointed cabin in a perfect location

Great cabin with tons of amenities. Spacious rooms and comfy beds! Kitchen was furnished with nice appliances, tons of nice pots and pans, and loads of spices. An easy walk (or drive) to town. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing! Beautiful view. Two nice entry ways with lots of places to store skis, boots, helmets and jackets. Will definitely rent again!

Visited this location the week of Thanksgiving. We had great family time. Perfect location to town grocery store and restraunts. Lovely vacation spot. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your home. Would stay again if we make it back that way again.

Exceeds expectation

This home was more than we asked for in every way. The house was beautiful, the furnishings were lovely, the kitchen had everything you need for the making of delicious meals. The yard is beautiful. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. The pictures do not do this home justice for its beauty, comfort and spaciousness. It is located across from the park. It was a perfect place for us to be to attend the Alpenglow Concert Series, to walk to the downtown action, and to drive to breath-taking hiking and biking. Overall this home exceeded our expectations in everyway. I hope to return soon.
