Situato nello storico quartiere di Crested Butte, a solo un isolato da Elk Avenue, questo cottage con 1 camera da letto e 2 bagni è pronto per la vostra prossima vacanza. Completamente ristrutturato con un sacco di fascino e una posizione che non si può battere, questo cottage è convenienza in città per il prezzo fuori città.

Entra in questa fantastica casa vacanza e rimarrai sorpreso dalla quantità di spazio e dall'uso dei materiali. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e dispone di ripiani in granito e una grande isola. L'open space offre un ottimo accesso al nuovo patio e ai giardini. C'è un camino a gas in salotto e un bagno completo a questo livello per gli ospiti. Il divano si piega in un divano letto, consigliato per i bambini piccoli.

Al piano superiore è l'intera suite padronale con un letto matrimoniale, bagno completo, grande lavanderia, ripostiglio e spazio sufficiente per provare le nuove posizioni yoga su cui hai lavorato. Le porte francesi nella suite principale si aprono per quelle grandi brezze estive e sdraiate sul letto ogni mattina ti svegli e goditi fantastiche viste sulla montagna gotica! The cottage was so cute and cozy! We loved being able to walk one block to the farmers market, having our own parking spot in front of the cottage and how tastefully decorated and well stocked the cottage was. The property management folks was very nice and communicated well. We would definitely stay here again. Loved it.

The cabin is in an incredible location, easy to walk all around town. The place is a little smaller than expected, I'm 6'-1" tall and had to crouch to use the bathroom and get in bed, but it was cozy and relaxing.

We stayed at this property to attend a friend's wedding and we were not disappointed! It is so close to all of the "hot spots" and Green Lake Trail. It was a quick drive to other trailheads. The property was clean and the amenities were as listed. We had a wonderful trip!

Location was perfect. Everything is in walking distance. The cottage was cute, the pictures accurate, but feel obligated to disclose some things we did not like. These things might not matter to you, so it would be a great rental, if they aren't deal breakers for you: Cons: 1) This is an A-Frame house which the pictures disclose. What I did not get from the pictures is that the 1 bed in the house requires you to crawl into the bed from the right side. Or, you can hunch over to get in from the left. However, you cannot stand up straight, so I bumped my head 2 times in the middle off the night getting out of bed because I was semi-asleep and forgot. I did not like this feature AT ALL. 2) There is no A/C. This is my fault, because the description clearly indicates there is no A/C. I was told many folks in this part of the country don't have A/C because it gets cool at night. We went in late August and the days got up to 80(ish).... sorry, but around 9-10pm, it was still warm in the bedroom & we had a hard time sleeping. They did put a box fan in the closet which we used, but I didn't like the noise. I won't assume in the future that all houses in the US have A/C. Gotta end with a Con: 1) Management company is extremely responsive. We had issues with the lock when we arrived, and their 24/7 oncall response was top-notch.

Close to downtown Crested Butte. Close to town shuttle to get to Crested Butte Ski area. Quiet and well maintained. Walk was shoveled the same day it snowed. Overall a great place. We would stay again.

We had an amazing stay. Location was two blocks from the ski shuttle (3 minute walk) and one block from Elk street. We walked everywhere. The cottage was comfortable and clean. Washer and dryer in the home was an added bonus! We will be back!

My husband and I have been coming to Crested Butte for many years and have stayed in many rental homes, at all times of year. Margaux’s Cottage may be our favorite ever. We love the big open space of the downstairs, especially the fireplace and the large island in the kitchen. The sofa and chairs are very comfortable. The bedroom upstairs is very roomy and the bed itself was very comfortable. The bathrooms are small but not a problem. The location is perfect, a very short walk to elk and a bus stop for the mountain shuttle. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay in Crested Butte. We were in town and could walk to everything. I enjoyed the bathtub and having two bathrooms. We had a nice sitting area in the backyard that we shared with our neighbors. The only thing I didn’t like were the stairs going up to the bedroom. They are steep and the stair surface is only 5” so I walked sideways. Minimum should be 10”.

We loved it, had to get over a couple things. Small bed if you are over 6' tall you need to be flexible and the shared backyard. However, it truly is a well maintained, beautiful place to stay. And Brandon from Iron Horse staff was great guy/very responsive. We could see staying here again ;-)

Nice place for a couple. A little quirky but worked out fine. We really liked the convenience to walk just a block to the downtown scene. Finding the key when we got there was a little challenge, but after that it worked just great.

Everything about this property was exceptional with one glaring problem which is why a 4 star rating. The mattress on the Queen sized bed needs to be replaced it is ok but not overly comfortable for two adults.
