  • Offering an unbeatable location within a short walking or driving distance (0.2 of a mile) of the Crested Butte Mountain Resort, this stunning, two-story townhouse is nothing but the perfect home base for your next ski-cation! People with every skill level are sure to enjoy these slopes. Enjoy the convenience of having several restaurants just a short drive, near the resort, or you might as well drive down Crested Butte, three miles away. Downtown Crested Butte also features terrific attractions, including Crested Butte Nordic, Rainbow Pawk, Center for the Arts Crested Butte, and Town Ranch Loop Trailhead. Hikers will also appreciate the Snodgrass Trailhead two miles away.

    The entry door leads you straight to the main living space, which is filled with natural light and offers a well-appointed open floor plan with exquisite wood accents here and there. The cozy living room has been furnished with comfortable chairs and a sofa, and decorated with rustic accents, adding a unique touch. The gorgeous river rock fireplace in the center is definitely a showstopper. Stream your favorite series and movies on the large smart TV or gather around the center coffee table to play some board games. The beautiful deck off the dining area provides a great spot to admire the picture-perfect surroundings - delight yourself with impeccable mountain views every time you step outside. Additionally, the deck features a convenient gas grill in case you would like to surprise your friends with delicious grilled treats. Delightful family rental

This was a delightful place to stay and a perfect home for a family to rent. The kitchen is large and well stocked (I very much appreciated the extra trash bags, dish soap and paper towels for our 2 week stay). The house is comfortable for lounging and relaxing and was very clean.

Charming mountain home. Easy and convenient entry with fantastic views of Mt. Crested Butte. Home has plenty of space and bedrooms are decent sized. Perfect summer stay with tons to do in town and in the mountains.

Great location. Walking distance to ski slopes. Great picture taking views from the balcony . Large master bedroom and bathroom . Easy bus access for a trip to downtown. Has all the convinces needed for a family to stay . Will book again .

Avoid unless you own a tow truck

Rented 2 4-wheel drive trucks specifically to avoid ice and snow issues. Both got stuck in the driveway of this unit. Tried salt, gravel, scraping, shoveling … to no avail. Spent $520 to get the trucks towed out. Also, the rest of the units in this area all seemed to have their driveways shoveled. Ours did not, which made it extremely difficult to even get into the driveway and garage, and then impossible to get out. There is no parking on the street, so not sure how this can be avoided.
