The Space:

Set on 3 private acres, this exceptional luxury mountain retreat offers breathtaking views, a swim spa, sauna, outdoor fire pit (summer/fall), and true ski-in/ski-out access from Gus' Way, a blue run off the Teocalli lift. PLEASE NOTE: The firepit is not currently operable. September 2026



The main floor great room features a fully stocked chef's kitchen, a dining table seating 14, and a living room centered on an oversized stone wood-burning fireplace, all framed by large windows, balconies, and high-end furnishings. The primary suite is also on this level, offering automated room-darkening blinds, a steam shower, soaking tub, walk-in closet, and double vanities. This floor also includes an office, half bath, laundry room, and a 2-car garage.



Downstairs holds the remaining 5 bedrooms: four junior primary suites, each with a king bed and private bath, plus a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks (4 twin beds total) and an adjoining full bath. This level also features a cozy den with a gas fireplace, large smart TV, ping pong table, and gaming area, a small full kitchen/bar for entertaining, a sauna, and direct access to the patio, swim spa, and fire pit.



The entire home is wired with a Control Four AV system offering Direct TV, Apple TV, and audio throughout, plus an Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in the game room. Hiking, mountain biking, and ski trails on Mt. Crested Butte are accessible right from the property, making this an unbeatable basecamp for indoor comfort and outdoor adventure alike.



Room configuration: 5 king bedrooms with ensuite baths (primary on main floor; 4 junior primaries on lower level) plus 1 bunk room with 2 twin bunk sets (4 twin beds) and a private bath.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



This property has 5 parking spaces total, 2 in the garage.  You will NEED 4WD or AWD in winter months to access this property.



The minimum age for all persons in this property is 30 years, except for children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. 

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

We do not allow parties of any kind or weddings.  This includes bachelor or bachelorette gatherings.



This property is not pet friendly.

Guest Access:

Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST. You will be given a door code to the garage to enter the home.



The Neighborhood:

The Prospect neighborhood is known for luxury and its ski in/out access. Large homes, very private and very quiet.



Getting Around:

You are about 4 miles to the main base area of the mountain if you wished to drive. You will want a car at this location.
